Thank you for your interest in my studio.

When I started Madchen Studios a while back I had an idea of what I wanted in the back of mind. I knew I didn't want to become a "box photography store", I also knew that I wanted people to have top of the line images that you can't get from anyone else. I wanted the studio to provide lifestyle art for display as a collaboration of my clients and my ideas. I never thought it would become a reality so quickly. Through, great clients, a lot of hard work, and fantastic support the studio has moved from my little basement into it's own commercial space., while still maintaining a personal experience and boutique feel.

I am a mom, a business owner, aphotographer a former funeral director/embalmer, and a wife. - in no particular order.

I love taking photographs, but even more I love creating keepsakes for you and your family to cherish and pass down through your generations.

1. What are Custom Portraits?

A: Custom portraits are photographic art designed for you with your needs in mind. Throughout the booking process I will send you some information ask many questions about what you are looking for in your session. Once I have brainstormed some ideas we put together something that suits your family and decor.

2. What should we wear?

A: Once you are booked I will send you all the information you will need.

3. How do I book?

A: Please call or email me, once I know that you would like a session time I will email you a contract and information regarding your session.

4. Do you supply me with a cd?

A: That depends on the package that is chosen. The utmost care is taken in the retouching of your images and only the digital images that are included in your package will be place on cd. However with the purchase of an 11x14 print a duplicate digital file is given to you for your personal use.

5. Do you provide prints?

A: yes I do, depending upon your package. Prints can always be obtained from me, my prints are all professionally finished and coated so they will last for years to come.

6. I want to bring you coffee when I come for my session, what do you take in it?

A: Oh that one is easy...a triple triple please!
